The Château Minuty Cuvée M Blanc presents itself pleasantly dry to the wine enthusiast. This white wine never appears coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Balanced and complex, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. The fruit acidity of the Cuvée M Blanc is wonderfully rounded and makes this wine wonderfully smooth. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Provence finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of lemongrass and lime. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by silicate rock and slate join in.
Vinification of the Château Minuty Cuvée M Blanc
The basis for the balanced Cuvée M Blanc from Provence are grapes from the grape varieties Semillon, Ugni Blanc and Vermentino. In Provence, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone, slate and silicate rock. Due to the mitigating influence of the nearby sea, the grapes ripen more slowly and develop more aromatic partiality. After the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Cuvée M Blanc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
