The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone.
Vinification of the Cuvée Rochette Chinon Blanc by Béatrice Et Pascal Lambert
The balanced Cuvée Rochette Chinon Blanc from France is a single-vineyard wine, organically vinified from the grape variety Chenin Blanc. In the Val de Loire, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. At its end, the organically produced Cuvée Rochette Chinon Blanc is aged for another 6 months in oak barriques.
