The Cuvée Rosé fruity from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen offers itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering rosé-red hue. The Cuvée Rosé fruity can rightly be described as exceptionally fruity and velvety, as it was vinified with a wonderfully sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multi-layered, this crisp rosé wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the moderate fruit acidity, the Cuvée Rosé flatters fruity with a soft mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness at the same time. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally impresses with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by clay and marl.
Vinification of the Cuvée Rosé fruity of winery Manz
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Rosé fruity from Weingut Manz are Blauer Portugieser and Dornfelder grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Rheinhessen. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and marl. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
