The non-alcoholic Cuvée Rot from the Rheingau region presents itself in the glass in a brilliantly shimmering ruby red hue. The non-alcoholic Cuvée Rot can justifiably be described as exceptionally fruit-driven and velvety, as it has been vinified with a pleasantly sweet flavor profile. Light-footed and multi-faceted, this silky red wine presents itself on the palate. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and loess.
Vinification of the Cuvée Rot by Carl Jung
The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Subsequently, fermentation takes place in the controlled temperature cellar. At the end, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.
Food recommendation for the Carl Jung Cuvée Red non-alcoholic
Enjoy this vegan red wine from Germany best moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as an accompanying wine to Boeuf Bourguignon, roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce or veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes.
