The Cuvée red Weit by Sprungkraft from Württemberg presents a bright, ruby red color in the swirled glass. Poured into a red wine glass, this Old World red wine presents wonderfully expressive aromas of mulberry, black currant, blueberry and blackberry, rounded out by cocoa bean, gingerbread spice and dark chocolate contributed by barrel aging.
On the palate, the Cuvée red Far from bounce opens pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. Balanced and multifaceted, this creamy red wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Cuvée rot Weit is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of blackberry and blueberry show through.
Vinification of the bounce Cuvée red Wide
The balanced Cuvée rot Weit from Germany is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Dorsa, Cabernet Mitos, Lemberger and Merlot. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled. Once the wine is finished, the Cuvée red Weit is carefully harmonized.
