With the non-alcoholic Carl Jung Cuvée Trocken comes a first-class white wine in the wine glass. In this it presents a wonderfully brilliant light yellow color. The first nose of the Cuvée Trocken presents nuances of vineyard peach, mirabelle plums and apricots.
Light-footed and complex, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau finally impresses with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by clay and loess.
Vinification of the Cuvée dry from Carl Jung
The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Rheingau. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of loam and loess. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then the fermentation takes place in the controlled temperature. At the end, this wine is carefully dealcoholized.

This German wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to vegetable salad with beetroot, roast trout with ginger pear or omelette with salmon and fennel.
