The Rings Das kleine Kreuz 1,5 l Magnum is a first-class organic red wine. In this it offers a wonderfully dense, bright red color. If you swirl the wine glass, this red wine reveals a high viscosity, which is reflected in strong church windows at the edge of the glass. The first nose of Das kleine Kreuz 1,5 l Magnum reveals notes of plums, morello cherries and blackberries. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as brown bread, cinnamon and air-dried ham.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 0.1 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. This powerful red wine from Germany is cuvée organically from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Saint Laurent. Das kleine Kreuz 1,5 l Magnum is an Old World wine in the best sense of the word, as this German wine breathes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of Old World wines. Once perfect physiological ripeness is assured, the grapes for Das kleine Kreuz 1,5 l Magnum are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of crude and less selective machinery. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in wood at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a maturation of 12 months in oak barrels.

This German red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to banana trifle in a glass, coconut kefir cream or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
