In the glass, the Der Salm white country wine from the Rhine from the pen of Weingut Prinz Salm reveals a brilliant shimmering pale yellow color. The first nose of Der Salm white Landwein vom Rhein presents notes of peaches, morello cherries and apples. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
This dry white wine from Weingut Prinz Salm is for purists who like it absolutely dry. Der Salm weiß Landwein vom Rhein already comes very close to this, as it was vinified with just 8.1 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully crisp. Due to its present fruit acidity, Der Salm weiß Landwein vom Rhein is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this storable white wine from the wine-growing region of the Nahe finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of morello cherry and black cherry.
