Vinification of the Highway To Hell Tinto 1.5 l Magnum from Wines N Roses Viticultores

This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Monastrell. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully powerful single-varietal wine from Wines N Roses Viticultores. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Valencia. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into limestone and gravel soils. The grapes for this red wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand when they are perfectly ripe. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Highway To Hell Tinto 1.5 l Magnum can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
