More information
The Die Freude teilen from Weingut Kiefer from Baden presents a brilliant, bright red color in the wine glass. The nose of this red wine from Baden captivates with aromas of blackberry, black currant, blueberry and mulberry. If we trace the aromatics further, black tea, dark chocolate and vanilla are added.
Due to its present fruit acidity, the Die Freude teilen presents itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate.
Vinification of the Weingut Kiefer Die Freude teilen
The elegant Die Freude teilen from Germany is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Dakapo, Cabernet Mitos, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder, Prior and Spätburgunder. In Baden, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of loess and volcanic rock. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Die Freude teilen can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
