Vinification of the Strub & Strub Dino Müller-Thurgau

This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Dino Müller-Thurgau can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees....
