The Dino Müller-Thurgau from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen appears in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. This single-varietal German wine presents in the glass wonderfully youthful notes of pears, papayas, nashi pear and physalis. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
The Strub & Strub Dino Müller-Thurgau presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully light. Due to its concise fruit acid, the Dino Müller-Thurgau is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of papaya and pear show up.
Vinification of the Strub & Strub Dino Müller-Thurgau
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Müller-Thurgau. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Dino Müller-Thurgau can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees....
