Vinification of Dolce Albana Romagna by Zavalloni Stefano
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Albana. Only impeccable grape material was brought in for this exceptionally elegant single-varietal wine from Zavalloni Stefano. The grapes for this white wine from Italy, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.

This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to chickpea curry, leek tortilla or pumpkin casserole.
