Vinification of the Fontanafredda Dolcetto d'Alba

After being harvested by hand, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Dolcetto d'Alba is allowed to harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees. Once the wine is finished, the Dolcetto d'Alba is carefully harmonized.
