This red wine from Piedmont is juicy and spicy with a youthful character. The finish is characterized by the spicy nuances of white pepper.
Vinification for the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC by Enrico Pira
This pure Dolcetto comes from grapes grown in the Barolo region.
After fermentation and maceration, this red wine is aged for 9 months in French oak barrels and then refined for a further 2-3 months in the bottle.
