The Mauro Molino Dolcetto Langhe is a first-class red wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, ruby red color. There is also a violet transition at the rim. This single-varietal Italian wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of lilacs, mulberries, morello cherries and black cherries in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.
This Italian wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste and was bottled with just 2.3 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Taste does not necessarily need sugar. This dense red wine is balanced and multi-faceted on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, Dolcetto Langhe is impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this red wine from the Piedmont wine-growing region, Langhe DOC to be precise, impresses with a remarkable lingering aftertaste. The finish is also accompanied by mineral notes from the limestone and clay-dominated soils.
