The Mauro Molino Dolcetto Langhe is a first-class red wine in a glass. It offers a wonderfully bright, ruby red color. There is also a violet transition at the rim. This single-varietal Italian wine presents wonderfully expressive notes of lilacs, mulberries, morello cherries and black cherries in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.

Vinification of the Mauro Molino Dolcetto Langhe
The balanced Dolcetto Langhe from Italy is a single-varietal wine made from the Dolcetto grape variety. The vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on clay and limestone soils in Piedmont. Obviously, the Dolcetto Langhe is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Langhe DOC. This Italian wine can literally be described as a wine of the Old World, which presents itself in an extraordinarily impressive way. The grapes for Dolcetto Langhe are harvested exclusively by hand at optimum ripeness, without the aid of coarse and less selective machines. After manual harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for several months in large oak barrels.

This red wine from Italy is best enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C with boeuf bourguignon, vegetable couscous with beef rissoles or potato pan with salmon.
