Winemakers for a century

The Chevillons have been active in viticulture since the beginning of the 20th century. Symphorien Chevillon began with 12 hectares of vineyards, which were expanded by his son and grandchildren, and the first Premier Cru sites were added. Today the estate is run by Dennis and Bertrand, after their father Robert retired in 2003. 

The wines of Chevillon are elegant and complex and have already made a name for themselves in many countries, from the Old World to the Atlantic, as well as in Japan and China, where the wine culture is also slowly but surely developing. At Domaine Robert Chevillon, harvesting is done exclusively by hand and the wines are fermented spontaneously. The wines are aged for 15 to 18 months, 30% of them in new wood.
