This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Genovèse. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Domaine Vico, only premium grape material was brought in. After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in concrete at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
