The balanced Doppio Passo Asolo Rosé Prosecco Millesimato D.O.C. from Italy is a cuvée made from the Glera and Pinot Noir grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully pressed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
