The perlage of this sparkling wine shines steadily and finely in the glass. The first nose of the Dry presents of nectarines, apricots and peaches. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by more fruity-balsamic nuances.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. This is a true quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities, and so this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need sugar. Light-footed and multifaceted, this light sparkling wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau finally thrills with good length. Once again, hints of nectarine and apricot appear. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the composition of the final sparkling wine follows further aging based on the method Charmat. Subsequently, the Jules Mumm Dry matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.

This German wine is best enjoyed very well chilled at 5 - 7°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to elderflower yogurt ice cream with lemon balm, coconut lime fish curry or blackberry cream dessert.
