The basis for the balanced Due Vigneti Teroldego Rotaliano from Italy are grapes from the grape variety Teroldego. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, Due Vigneti Teroldego Rotaliano can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for 18 months.
