Vinification of the Duett Riesling & Veltliner from Leth
The basis for the elegant Duett Riesling & Veltliner from Lower Austria are grapes from the grape varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. After manual harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.

This white wine from Austria is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to stir-fried vegetables with fish, coconut-lime fish curry or spaghetti with yogurt-mint pesto.
