Dunnet Bay Distillery
The Rock Rose Gin is destilled in the northernmost distillery of Scotland and is full of passion of the owners, Claire and Martin Murray.
These have the ambition to produce distillates with high quality and regional character.
The Dunnet Bay Distillery is located in the bay of the same name, in the small town of Caithness. Here is the freshest air and the clearest water. Exactly this landscape catch the Murrays in their gin.
In addition to the necessary juniper berries, this gin is mainly characterized by the native root of the rose. The roots of the rose root give the gin a delicate, fresh rose aroma and give it its name: Rock Rose.
