This balanced red wine from France is made from the Merlot and Tannat grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Echo Indigo Rouge I.G.P. Gascogne can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
