Vinification of the Abril Edition Lara-Sophie Pinot Blanc & Chardonnay Kaiserstuhl
This balanced white wine from Germany is organically vinified from the Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
