The basis for the elegant Eisweine Cuvee from Lower Austria are grapes from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the ice wine Cuvee can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
