Vinification of the Bodegas Piqueras El Picoteo Blanco Almansa
This elegant white wine from Spain is cuvetted organically from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Verdejo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, El Picoteo Blanco Almansa is left to mature on its fine lees for several months.
