Vinification of the Élisabeth Vigneronne Blanc Côtes de Gascogne by Jegerlehner & Prataviera
The basis for the elegant Élisabeth Vigneronne Blanc Côtes de Gascogne from Gascony are grapes from the Colombard, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
