The balanced Entre-Deux-Huitres Entre-Deux-Mers from France is a cuvée vinified from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Entre-Deux-Huitres Entre-Deux-Mers can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
