The Entrecote Magnum from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc presents itself in the glass in dense purple. This French cuvée reveals in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of rum pot, blackberries, blueberries and black currants. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
Les Grands Chais de France Entrecote Magnum shows us an incredibly fruity flavor on the tongue, which is of course also due to its residual sweet flavor profile. On the palate, the texture of this punchy red wine is wonderfully velvety. In the finish, this youthful red wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of black currant and blueberry. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone are added.
Vinification of the Entrecote Magnum from Les Grands Chais de France
The basis for the powerful Entrecote Magnum from the Languedoc are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Languedoc. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. The grapes for this red wine from France, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested particularly quickly and at the coolest possible time of day to preserve their aromas. After the manual harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Entrecote Magnum can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
