Vinification of the Femar Vini Epicuro Zinfandel Rosato

This rosé wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Zinfandel. Only the best grapes were harvested for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Femar Vini. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
