The elegant Estaciones Rosado VdT from Spain is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Bobal and Tempranillo. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Estaciones Rosado VdT can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
