The extra dry vintage sparkling wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau reveals itself in the glass in brilliant shimmering golden yellow. The bubbles of this sparkling wine are consistent and fine in the glass. With a little time in the glass, this sparkling wine from the Old World presents wonderfully expressive aromas of ripe apple, honeydew melon, gooseberry and lemon, rounded off by .
On the tongue, this light-footed sparkling wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of the Rheingau finally thrills with good length. Again, hints of gooseberry and ripe apple show. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée, further aging follows on the basis of the Charmat method. The Mumm Extra Dry Vintage Sparkling Wine then matures in the bottle for several months and is finally disgorged.
