The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Campania. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of sand and volcanic rock. After harvesting, the grapes reach the pressing house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Falanghina Campi Flegrei can harmonize further for 6 months on the fine lees.
