In the glass, the Famiglia Zingarelli Chianti Classico from Rocca delle Macìe reveals a bright purple-red color. This Italian cuvée flatters the glass with wonderfully expressive notes of blackberries, blackcurrants, blueberries and mulberries. There are also hints of vanilla, black tea and oriental spices.
This Italian wine impresses with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with just 2 grams of residual sugar. This is a genuine quality wine that clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so, despite its dryness, this Italian naturally delights with the finest balance. Taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. The texture of this well-balanced red wine is wonderfully fleshy and dense on the palate. Thanks to its vital fruit acidity, the Famiglia Zingarelli Chianti Classico is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this red wine from the Tuscany wine-growing region delights with a beautiful aftertaste.
Vinification of the Rocca delle Macìe Famiglia Zingarelli Chianti Classico
This balanced red wine from Italy is made from Merlot and Sangiovese grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by ageing for several months in Slavonian oak barriques.
