Production of the Vieille Poire

After the distillation, the Vieille Poire from Fassbind is stored in oak barrels where it ripens for 12 to 18 months. After completion of the ripening, the distillate is further refined by adding natural extracts of dried Williams pears as a dosage. This dosage gives the gold-prized fruit brand its fine sweetness and suppleness.
