More information
The light-footed Faust Rosé Bruker shimmers into the glass with a brilliant rosé color. This German cuvée reveals wonderfully expressive notes of apples, pears, quince and nashi pear in the glass. These are joined by hints of forest floor, oriental spices and vanilla.
This rosé from Bruker is ideal for all wine connoisseurs who like as little sweetness in the wine as possible. However, it is never sparse or brittle, but round and smooth. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Württemberg finally inspires with considerable length. Once again, hints of pear and quince appear.
Vinification of the Faust Rosé from Bruker
The starting point for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Faust Rosé from Bruker are Lemberger, Pinot Noir and Trollinger grapes. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
Food recommendation for the Bruker Faust Rosé
Drink this rosé wine from Germany best moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C as a companion to fruity endive salad, coconut-lime fish curry or roasted trout with ginger pear.
