The Favorita Langhe from the wine-growing region the Piedmont reveals itself in the glass in bright light yellow. Poured into a white wine glass, this white wine from the Old World presents wonderfully expressive aromas of raspberry, banana, apricot and peach, rounded off by almond.
The Baracco De Baracho Favorita Langhe presents itself to the wine enthusiast wonderfully dry. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, but round and smooth. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully crisp and fleshy. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of Piedmont finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of apricot and peach. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the marl and clay dominated soils join.
Vinification of Favorita Langhe by Baracco De Baracho
The balanced Favorita Langhe from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the grape variety Vermentino. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Piedmont. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and marl. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At its end, Favorita Langhe can further harmonize for 4 months on the fine lees.
