The Feiert, Biester! from the wine-growing region of Nahe reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. To the nose, this Lorenz & Söhne white wine presents all sorts of jasmine, white currants, gooseberries, orange blossom and star fruit.
On the palate, the Feiert, Biester! from Lorenz & Söhne starts wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. Despite its dry taste, this white wine convinces with finest melting and finely woven residual sweetness. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Feiert, Biester! shows itself exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region Nahe finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of peach and nectarine.
Vinification of the Celebrate, Beasts! by Lorenz & Sons
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape varieties Bacchus, Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. When perfect physiological ripeness is assured, the grapes for Feiert, Biester! are harvested exclusively by hand without the aid of crude and less selective machinery. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
