The Portweinhaus Feuerheerd looks back on a long history. It begins in 1815, when the Port Wine House was founded by the German merchant Dietrich Matthias Feuerheerd. He came from a Hamburg merchant family. Today Feuerheerd's is a joint brand of the traditional Port Wine Houses van Zeller and Barros. Feuerheerd's is especially highly regarded for some wonderful vintage creations and a guarantee for Port wines of exceptional quality.
