The barrel-aged Figure Libre Freestyle Blanc from the Languedoc winemaking region appears bright golden yellow in the glass. The first nose of Figure Libre Freestyle Blanc flatters with notes of nectarines, apricots and mirabelles. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as even more fruity-balsamic nuances.
The Domaine Gayda Figure Libre Freestyle Blanc presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine enthusiast. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Balanced and complex, this crisp white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Figure Libre Freestyle Blanc flatters the palate with a soft feeling, without lacking freshness. In the finish, this white wine from the Languedoc wine-growing region, which can be stored well, finally delights with beautiful length. Hints of apricot and peach are again apparent.
Vinification of the Figure Libre Freestyle Blanc from Domaine Gayda
This balanced white wine from France is organically vinified from Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Viura grapes. After hand harvesting, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months in French oak barrels.
