Vinification of the Finca Enguera Blanco Valencia D.O. by Enguera
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Verdil. Only the best grapes were harvested for this exceptionally elegant varietal wine from Enguera. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Finca Enguera Blanco Valencia D.O. is carefully harmonized.
