Vinification of the González Byass Finca la Piedra Blanco
The balanced Finca la Piedra Blanco from Spain is a cuvée, made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viura. After the grape harvest, the grapes immediately enter the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
