Vinification of Finca Valdepoleo of Vinedos Pujanza
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Tempranillo. Only the best grape material was harvested for this exceptionally powerful varietal wine from Vinedos Pujanza. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in La Rioja. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the pressing house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Finca Valdepoleo can harmonize further for 12 months on the fine lees.
