More information
The Fleurant from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen reveals itself in the glass in brilliantly shimmering light yellow. This German cuvée reveals in the glass wonderfully expressive notes of lemon, nashi pear, orange blossom and acacia. These are joined by hints of other fruits.
The Bretz Fleurant presents itself wonderfully dry to the wine lover. This white wine is never coarse or meager, but round and smooth. Light-footed and multifaceted, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Fleurant reveals itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen, more precisely from Bechtolsheim, finally thrills with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by sand and marl.
Vinification of the Fleurant from Bretz
The basis for the elegant Fleurant from Rheinhessen are grapes from the grape varieties Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. In Rheinhessen, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand and marl. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by maturation.
