The Flor de Vetus Toro from the pen of Bodegas Vetus of Castile-Leon shows a dense ruby color in the swirled glass. Vinification of the Bodegas Vetus Flor de Vetus Toro
The basis for the powerful Flor de Vetus Toro from Castile-Leon are grapes from the Tempranillo variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Flor de Vetus Toro is aged for several months in oak barrels.

This Spanish red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C. It is perfect to accompany goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram, ossobuco or duck breast with sugar snap peas.
