With the Domaine Gayda Flying Solo Grenache Blanc Viognier comes a first-class white wine in the swirled glass. In this it offers a wonderfully bright, light yellow color. In the glass, this white wine from Domaine Gayda presents aromas of lemons, pomelo, limes, lemongrass and grapefruits, complemented by juniper, green peppers and lovage. On the palate, Domaine Gayda's Flying Solo Grenache Blanc Viognier starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. Some wines are dry only on the label, others really are. This white wine belongs to the latter group, as it was bottled with only 0.5 grams of residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Flying Solo Grenache Blanc Viognier flatters with a pleasing mouthfeel without lacking juicy liveliness. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in the Languedoc. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After harvesting, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully crushed.
