Der Footprint Merlot von African Pride Wines erscheint im Glas in einem tiefen Rot und mit einem üppigen, fruchtbetonten Bouquet. Dieses entfaltet Aromen von Herzkirschen, Maulbeeren und Pflaumenkompott. Abgerundet wird dieser Eindruck von einer dezenten Note nach dunkler Schokolade.

Vinifikation des Footprint Merlot
Die Trauben für diesen Merlot wurden von Hand gelesen und sanft gepresst. Nach der malolaktischen Gärung wurde der Wein stabilisiert und gefiltert.
