This elegant sparkling wine from Germany is cuvetted from the grape varieties Bacchus, Gewürztraminer, Kerner, Scheurebe and Silvaner. In Franconia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and loam. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines.
