Vinification of the Vendemmia Satèn Brut Franciacorta from Bellavista

This sparkling wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Chardonnay. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Bellavista. The Vendemmia Satèn Brut Franciacorta is an Old World wine through and through, as this Italian wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underlines the success of wines from the Old World. Once perfect physiological ripeness has been ensured, the grapes for the Vendemmia Satèn Brut Franciacorta are harvested exclusively by hand without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. The base wines are then fermented. Once the cuvée has been assembled, the wine is aged using the classic bottle fermentation method. The Bellavista Vendemmia Satèn Brut Franciacorta then matures for several months in the bottle and is finally disgorged.
