Vinification of Masi Agricola Frescaripa Bardolino Classico
This elegant red wine from Italy is made from the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grape varieties. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Frescaripa Bardolino Classico is matured for several months in oak barrels.
